The bumpy, narrow and winding mountain roads with blind curves, deep gorges and ravines at numerous points will keep pumping adrenaline through your veins. This motorbike expedition Ladakh is an unprecedented chance to experience the charm of the region. As the excursion is two-week long, you will have ample time to explore this vast cold desert at a slow and relaxing pace. You will start your experience from Delhi, and those coming from outside the city, are required to reach here 24 hours prior to the departure time. Day 00: Arrival in New Delhi
On arrival in New Delhi, transfer to the hotel and get an orientation from your tour guide. After the orientation, enjoy an overnight stay in the city.

Day 01: New Delhi to Naggar (531 km)
Early in the morning, check-out from the hotel and travel to Naggar by road. First, drive along National Highway 1 till Chandigarh and from here divert to the mountains to reach Naggar. On arrival in the village of Naggar, check-in at your lodgings and stay overnight.

Day 02: Local Sightseeing
Today, Do some local sightseeing and get acquainted with your bikes. Visit the famous Hadimba Devi Temple, which stands in the middle of tranquil forests of towering deodar trees. It is dedicated to Hadimba, the demoness wife of Bhima. The temple has a four-tiered wooden roof, designed like a Buddhist Pagoda. Also during the trip, travel to the famed Vashisht Village and bathe in the hot sulphur springs, where the waters reportedly have medicinal properties. Upon returning to your lodgings, get your hands on the motorcycles and run all the important checks. Also, buy whatever you need for the upcoming excursion from the local market. In the evening, enjoy another overnight stay in the Naggar village.

Day 03: Naggar to Sarchu (245 km)
At the break of dawn, commence your motorbike expedition Ladakh and in its first stage, travel 245 km through the Himalayas to Sarchu. The journey will take you along National Highway 3 through dense coniferous jungles for some distance out of Naggar and Manali. As you gain elevation and reach the bewitching Rohtang Pass, the trees will disappear, and vast and lush grasslands will be seen. Just as you reach the Lahaul and Spiti district, the greenery will also diminish and the brown and barren slopes of this cold desert will take over.

Day 04: Sarchu to Leh (251 km)
Upon feasting your eyes to a wonderful sunrise over the mountains, start your bike expedition from where you left off. This part of your excursion will take you through Tanglang La, which at about 17480 feet above sea level, is among the highest motorable roads on earth. The terrain along the road is tough and the pavement, bumpy and rocky, so drive carefully and slowly as this part of the road has claimed many lives.

Day 05: Sightseeing in Leh
Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at your lodgings and then head out for a sightseeing tour around the town of Leh. There are a number of popular tourist attractions that you may visit, such as Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and Jama Masjid. Later, run another round of checks on your bikes and buckle up for the section of motor bike expedition Leh that is to follow.

Day 06: Leh to Pangong Tso (120 km)
Your motorbike expedition Ladakh will now get you to the picturesque Pangong Tso Lake. During the course of your journey, cross the approximately 17585-feet high Chang La mountain pass. Along the way, visit the famous Buddhist monasteries of Shey, Hemis and Thiksey. Also remember to click snaps wherever you find a view, worth capturing forever. As you near Pangong Tso, get off your bikes and walk them to the lake.

Day 07: Pangong Tso to Leh (120 km)
Wake up to an enchanting sunrise over Pangong Tso and recommence your bike expedition to Leh Ladakh. On the way, see the famed school that was used as an off-studio location in the hit Hindi film, 3 Idiots.

Day 08: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (115 km)
This phase of your journey involves crossing the approximately 17582-feet high Khardung La, claimed to be the highest motorable road in the world, to Nubra Valley.

Day 09: Nubra Valley to Leh (115 km)
In the morning, enjoy a wonderful ride on the twin-humped Bactrian camel and explore the villages of Diskit and Hunder. Later, travel to the hot sulphur springs of Panamik and take a dip in their therapeutic waters. Post the dip, begin another section of motorbike expedition Ladakh, travelling back to Leh and crossing Khardung La.

Day 10: Leh to Kargil (211 km)
The ensuing phase of this bike expedition to Leh Ladakh involves riding to the town of Kargil. On the way, pay homage at the Buddhist monastery of Lamayuru, which is the highest in the region in terms of altitude. Onwards on the excursion, drive on Fotu La mountain pass and then follow the road, descending to Kargil.

Day 11: Kargil to Dras | Dras to Srinagar (202 km)
The following stretch of this motor bike expedition gets you first to Dras, which is the second coldest place on earth. In Dras, climb up to the Tiger Hill Peak and then restart your road journey. En route, cross Zoji La pass and enter the breathtaking valley of Sonamarg, which is a famous ski resort. Later drive to Srinagar, the capital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Here you may visit numerous places of interest, such as Shalimar Bagh and take a Shikara ride on the picturesque Dal Lake.

Day 12: Sightseeing in Srinagar (optional)

You could stay in Srinagar, exploring this amazing city further.

Day 13: Srinagar to Pathankot 360 km)
This morning, your wonderful motorcycle tour will involve driving through the Jawahar Tunnel out of Srinagar to Pathankot.

Day 14: Pathankot to New Delhi (478 km)
Complete your amazing Himalayan excursion by travelling from pathankot to Delhi via road.

Classic 500 cc - The rent of this bike will be Rs.1,350/- per bike per day and the security deposit will be Rs.35,000/ per bike.
 
Category B - 350 cc
Machismo,Electra,Thunderbird 350 cc - Bike comes with 350 cc engine, foot brake paddle on the right hand side, gear lever smooth & easy shifting.It's has a 5 speed gear box.The rent of this bike will be Rs.1000/- per day and security deposit will be Rs.20,000/ per bike.
 
Thunderbird Twin Spark - Bike comes with 350 cc Twin Spark engine, foot brake paddle on the right hand side, gear lever smooth & easy shifting. It has a 5 speed gear box.The rent for this bike will be RS.1,200/- per day with the security deposit of Rs.25,000/ per bike.
 
Classic 350 cc - The rent of this bike will be Rs.1,200/ per bike per day and the security deposit will be Rs.25,000/ per bike.
 
The affidavit (rental agreement) is Rs.300/ per bike rider.
The security deposit and the bike rental is taken before the tour starts.

You can purchase the knee guards, elbow guards and driving gloves from us. If, you require any other driving accessory, we can arrange that for you on an economical prices.
 
You can also hire a set set of riding gears from us which includes :- elbow guards, knee guards, gloves and helmet. The rental for this per tour is Rs.1,000/.
 
For the small groups or individual riders who go without the mechanic we will provide a list of mechanics on your route.

5). Any item, activity or facility other than clearly mentioned within the inclusions & itinerary above.
6). Cost of petrol & spare parts of any kind. Bike maintenance etc.
7). The cost of motorbike rental (if applicable)
8). Any entry fees, any tips, porter pony charges or any other expenses incurred by the porter/ participants during the sightseeing trips, other than as clearly mentioned within the sightseeing in inclusions and itinerary.
9). Any extra costs incurred due to extension/ change of the itinerary due to natural calamities, road blocks, vehicle breakdown etc. factors beyond our control.
